Rep. Alexandria Ocansio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) is being accused of having a “breakdown” during a House hearing while questioning a witness.

During a hearing on the allegations of corruption involving the Biden family on Wednesday, Ocasio-Cortez asked Tony Bobulinksi — a former business partner of Hunter Biden — if he was asserting in his testimony that he saw President Joe Biden commit a crime.

When he began to respond without any immediate answer, the New York congresswoman interjected, “Did you witness the president commit a crime? Is it your testimony today…”

“Yes,” Bobulinski responded.

When asked for a specific crime, he asked, “How much time do I have to go through this?”

“It is simple, you name the crime. Did you watch him steal something?,” Ocasio-Cortez shot back.

Bobulinski answered by citing the R.I.C.O law, but Ocasio-Cortez asked, “What is the crime, sir? Specifically.”

“Excuse me, sir. Excuse me, sir, R.I.C.O is not a crime,” she said. “It is a category. What is the crime?”

Ocasio-Cortez said, “Alright, sir. I reclaim my time. I reclaim my time. I reclaim my time. Thank you, sir. I reclaim my time. Clearly, what we are seeing here today is a continuation of the 15 month saga of the Republican majority lost in the desert.”

AOC has channeled her passion for universal healthcare and Palestinian independence into something more productive like defending the president’s millionaire son https://t.co/M0I72eJYVJ

So the fun new standard is if there were no direct witnesses, then there is no crime. https://t.co/IDwsCnS9Ls

She sounds like every DUI Karen I see in police body cam footage screaming at the cops as they stuff her in a squad car. “WHAT AM I BEING ARRESTED FOR?!” https://t.co/qdODZL6aKK
