Chaya Raichik, founder of the “Libs of TikTok” account, confronted Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) at the Capitol after serving her an ethics complaint.

On Thursday, Raichik posted a video to the account with the caption, “I served [Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez] with an ethics complaint after she lied about me in a committee hearing. AOC wasn’t in her office but then I bumped into her as I was leaving the Capitol!”

In the video, she is joined by Mike Howell of the Heritage Oversight Project.

“I was here last week because I attempted to ask AOC why she lied about me in a committee hearing. She cowered away, she refused to talk to me,” Raichik said.

She explained she was back at the Capitol to deliver her an ethics complaint.

The “Libs of TikTok” founder proceeded to post a sticky note on Ocasio-Cortez’s bulletin board, saying, “Dear AOC, I’m back and you’ve been served!”

The Heritage Foundation called on the Office of Congressional Ethics to launch an investigation into Ocasio-Cortez for “falsely accusing” and “defaming” Raichik, per Fox News.

The foundation referred to a February hearing during which Ocasio-Cortez said Raichik lied in a tweet posted last year, saying Boston Children’s Hospital currently offers “‘gender affirming hysterectomies’ for young girls.”

The complaint states Ocasio-Cortez violated a House ethics rule by “knowingly and intentionally defaming Chaya Raichik, creator of the viral Libs of TikTok account, falsely accusing her of lying and disseminating disinformation…”
