After taking a beating in Tuesday’s primaries, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) was nowhere to be seen when it came to his Facebook advertisements.

Sanders’ Facebook advertisements appeared to not be active, including on Instagram, as The Daily Beast reporter Lachlan Markay noted on Twitter on Wednesday. There are more than 50,000 inactive advertisements from Sanders on Facebook’s platforms.

In comparison, former Vice President Joe Biden has about 410 advertisements active currently and President Donald Trump has roughly 2,100 advertisements active across Facebook’s platforms.

This comes after Biden grabbed ahold of all three states — Florida, Illinois, and Arizona — during Tuesday’s primaries, continuing his lead in the delegate count.

Following Biden’s sweeping victories, Sanders faced some increased pressure to drop from the presidential race, including from former Rep. Bakari Sellers (D-S.C.), who tweeted, “We should proceed to the mission at hand, beating Trump. We don’t have time to waste.”

The former vice president also delivered a message on Tuesday night, where he directed a part to Sanders’ supporters: “So let me say especially to the young voters who have been inspired by Senator Sanders: I hear you. I know what’s at stake. I know what we have to do.”

On Wednesday morning, Sanders’ campaign detailed that they were “assessing” the senator’s campaign in the Democratic primary, as IJR reported.

“The next primary contest is three weeks away,” Sanders’ campaign manager Faiz Shakir said in the statement. “Sen. Sanders is going to be having conversations with his supporters to assess his campaign.”
