President Donald Trump‘s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame has been defaced once again — this time by it was done apparently by protesters who took to the streets of Los Angeles after the death of George Floyd.

A photo posted to Twitter on Sunday night shows a bandana-wearing protester bent over the star with a can of black spray paint and later photos show the star completely blacked out.

In another photo, a Twitter user noted that somebody had placed a green bag of dog feces on Trump’s Walk of Fame star.

Somebody also spray-painted “BLM” below the star.

The Los Angeles police told The Hollywood Reporter on Monday that they were unaware of the vandalism and that there had been no complaints reported.

This is hardly the first time that Trump’s Walk of Fame star — which he was awarded nearly ten years before he beat Hillary Clinton in the presidential election — has been vandalized.

In 2018, a man allegedly took a pickaxe to Trump’s star on the Walk of Fame and smashed it into rubble. 24-year-old Austin Clay later said that he didn’t think any charges should be filed against him, “I think that the repercussions of it were only positive. I only wanted to bring about positive political change.”

In that same year, the West Hollywood City Council voted to ask to have the star removed. West Hollywood Mayor John Duran told CNN, “The West Hollywood City Council did not pass the resolution because Donald Trump is a conservative or a Republican. Earning a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame is an honor. When one belittles and attacks minorities, immigrants, Muslims, people with disabilities or women -— the honor no longer exists.”

In 2016, just after the now-famous Access Hollywood tape became public, a man took a pickaxe to Trump’s Walk of Fame star and was arrested by police the next day as he was walking to the remnants of the star where he reportedly intended to reveal his reasoning for destroying the star.
