President Donald Trump is slamming Black Lives Matter following an intense incident of civil unrest that erupted in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, over the weekend.

On Tuesday morning, Trump took to Twitter with a series of tweets lambasting the protesters.

“BLM Protesters horribly harass elderly Pittsburgh diners, scaring them with loud taunts while taking their food right off their plate. These Anarchists, not protesters, are Biden voters, but he has no control and nothing to say. Disgraceful. Never seen anything like it. Thugs,” Trump tweeted.

Trump went on to criticize Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden and other Democratic leaders for the civil unrest in cities and states across the country.

He continued, “And because of weak and pathetic Democrat leadership, this thuggery is happening in other Democrat run cities and states. Must shut them down fast. Biden and his most Liberal in Senate running mate, Kamala, won’t even talk about it. They won’t utter the words, LAW [and] ORDER!”

Trump’s remarks were a reaction to viral videos that showed demonstrators yelling at people patronizing a Pittsburgh diner.

The footage was shared by a Facebook user named Grace Harvey who claimed she “witnessed demonstrators bullying, harassing and physically assaulting random people simply walking past them or quietly enjoying a meal.”

In one of the clips, a protester, now identified as Nique Craft, also appears to take one of the patron’s beverages and drinks it.

However, Craft argues that the video only depicts one side of what unfolded as opposed to an unbiased view of the full account. Craft recalled multiple individuals also yelling “Blue Lives Matter,” according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

According to Craft, while a man dining at the restaurant sharply criticized protesters, the woman he was with offered Craft a beer as she asked if they could have a discussion about the situation.

“So, being a theatrical, snarky type of person that I am, I said that I don’t have time to wait for you to order another beer; I will take the one you have,” Craft explained.

The footage is currently being reviewed by the Pittsburgh Police Department, the publication reports. Despite Trump’s claims Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden and other Democratic lawmakers have repeatedly condemned violence and looting.
