Former President Donald Trump’s predicted timeline for an arrest has come and gone without incident.
And on Wednesday, the co-hosts of ABC’s “The View” discussed the lack of an arrest.
Whoopi Goldberg kicked off the discussion by saying, “You know who is still at large.”
Sunny Hostin chimed in, “He is… He is. He hasn’t been arrested like he predicted.”
However, Goldberg suggested, “You kind of have to weigh it with all the other stuff he’s said.”
“And you figure, you know, you said you won the election, and you didn’t win. You said they’d come and arrest you, they didn’t arrest you,” she added.
Meanwhile, co-host Sara Haines questioned why people should have believed Trump’s prediction.
“He manipulated everybody,” Joy Behar asserted, adding, “We all rose to the occasion, the papers, everybody just went there. He’s a liar!”
Hostin added, “So many people were excited.”
When asked if she was “shocked” Trump’s claim did not pan out, Behar said, “No, it annoys me every time.”

On Saturday, Trump predicted in a post on Truth Social he would be arrested on Tuesday on charges stemming from Bragg’s investigation into alleged hush money payments made to adult film star Stormy Daniels.
However, a Trump spokesperson said in a statement there is no evidence Bragg “has decided to take his Witch-Hunt to the next level. President Trump is rightfully highlighting his innocence and the weaponization of our injustice system.”
And on Tuesday, NewsNation reported a Manhattan grand jury is expected to vote on a potential indictment of Trump on Wednesday.
Yet on Wednesday, the grand jury did not meet pushing back the date of any potential indictment.
