Kylie Kelce, wife of Philadelphia Eagles football center Jason Kelce, revealed what it’s like to be a part of the Kelce family.
In an interview with ABC News on Thursday, Kylie Kelce, 31, spoke about joining the family after marrying Jason Kelce in 2018.
“I was on the outside at the beginning because I married in,” she said. “And the most amazing part is that I was welcomed in with open arms.”
Additionally, she opened up about having to get used to the family’s size.
“They’re a pretty small family, so it is a little bit of an adjustment,” Kylie Kelce shared. “But it feels so warm and inviting like, I think, a big family feels, that it was sort of second nature to hop in there. And it is as fun as you think it is.”
Kylie and Jason Kelce have three daughters.
In November, the former college athlete spoke to a reporter from local outlet Spectrum Sports KC about the Kelce family’s rising fame after leading her field hockey clinic for children called “Stick with KC”, according to People.
“Your family’s been getting a lot of attention over the last couple of months, how has that switch flipped for you? How is it feeling?” the reporter asked.
She responded, “It’s not particularly my cup of tea to be in the spotlight or in front of a camera. I was a communication major in college, I love to be behind it. “
She further explained, “That’s my bread and butter. But at the end of the day if it creates opportunities like this where we can leverage my network and figure out how to impact a community that has been so, so kind to the entire Kelce family, I’m so happy to be able to give back to Kansas City in this way.”
