A conservative social media influencer is facing charges for entering the U.S. Capitol during the Jan. 6 riot.

On Monday, it was revealed Isabella Maria DeLuca, a social media influencer with over 330,000 followers on X, was charged for allegedly entering the building during the riot and helping to pass a table out a window.

“This table was subsequently used to assault law enforcement officers guarding the Lower West Terrace Tunnel,” the affidavit alleges.

It also states footage showed DeLuca, who interned for former Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-N.Y.), entering the building through a broken window and helping to pass the table out the window.

She was charged with three misdemeanors: theft of government property, disorderly conduct and entering a restricted area.

After the news of the charges was revealed, DeLuca posted on X, “Thank you everyone for all the kind messages and the support. I appreciate it all.”

She also posted a GiveSendGo link so people could donate to her legal defense.

As of Tuesday morning, she had received over $3,500 in donations.

Earlier this month, a reporter for the conservative website The Blaze was hit with four misdemeanor charges including: “knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority,” “disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds,” “disorderly conduct in a Capitol building,” and “parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building.
