A board-certified neurologist says President Joe Biden is clearly exhibiting signs of Parkinson’s disease despite not examining him.

Dr. Tom Pitts appeared on NBC News and was interviewed by Tom Llamas, who asked if he saw any “red flags” that would indicate the president has Parkinson’s.

“I see him 20 times a day in clinic,” Pitts said.

He continued, “It’s ironic because he has the classic features of neurodegeneration, word-finding difficulties, and that’s not, oh, I couldn’t find the word. That’s from degeneration of the word retrieval area.”

Llamas noted Biden has struggled with a stutter and asked if that could be part of the “word finding difficulties.” However, Pitts rejected that, as he said, patients struggling with word-finding issues would “pick a similar question or talk around the issue.”

Pitts also focused on the president’s “rigidity” and “monotone voice” symptoms of Parkinson’s.

When asked to elaborate on the rigidity point, the doctor said, “Loss of arm swing, standing up robotically, you notice when he turns it’s kind of en bloc turning, it’s not a quick turn. That’s one of the hallmarks of Parkinson’s.”

Pitts also imitated Biden when he speaks softly and said that is another symptom.

He added, “I could’ve diagnosed him from across the mall.”

Speculation about Biden’s health has exploded after it was reported a Parkinson’s expert visited the White House several times over the past year.

However, White House physician Kevin O’Connor said the expert was not treating the president for Parkinson’s.
