Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal woes keep mounting.

Combs now has new civil lawsuits to face in addition to his criminal charges, NBC News reported.

Three complaints against the music mogul were filed in federal court Monday, the outlet reported in an exclusive story.

The complainants are two males and one female. None of them were named  in the filings. The incidents allegedly happened between 1995 and 2021. The allegations include sexual assault and rape.

One complaint involves an alleged sexual assault and rape of a 19-year-old woman in a Manhattan hotel room when she was a college student.

Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee filed the lawsuits. He said at an Oct. 1 press conference he was representing the accusers under the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act. Victims have a two-year window ending in March 2025 to file older claims under this law.

“We’re going to just try to file cases that we feel are credible and legitimate,” Buzbee said.

Monday’s filings name Combs as well as various businesses as defendants. The accusers are seeking unspecified damages.

The allegations in the complaints have not been independently corroborated by NBC News.

“There’s an overarching theme here, as you probably can see, which is basically Sean Combs feels like he can do whatever he wants, whenever he wants to do it,” Buzbee said before the lawsuits were filed.

Combs, through his attorney’s, has previously denied all civil and criminal claims against him, saying they are “sickening” and the result of people looking for a “quick payday.”

On the criminal side, Combs is also facing federal racketeering and sex trafficking charges.

Even though specific allegations in these civil lawsuits are new, they continue the narrative of drug-fueled parties combined with violence that are part of the details in his criminal indictment filed last month.

Combs will go on trial in the criminal matter on May 5. He is incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.

Combs has been denied bail twice by two separate judges.

These latest civil suits are just three of several filed since Cassandra “Cassie” Venture, Combs’ ex-girlfriend, filed a federal lawsuit, accusing Combs of physical and sexual abuse. The lawsuit was settled for an undisclosed amount the next day.

Combs denied all of the allegations in a statement at the time.

However, in May, CNN published a surveillance video showing Combs beating Ventura in the hallway of a Los Angeles hotel in 2016.

Combs apologized for that incident and said it only happened once. He said he sought therapy and changed.

Combs’ lawyers are claiming prosecutors provided the video involving Ventura to CNN and leaked other information to the media.

“Between the grand jury leaks and the incendiary public statements, the agents all but ensured that the grand jury would be tainted as well as the general public from which we will soon select a jury,” the lawyers said in a petition.

Prosecutors have denied the accusations.

The judge overseeing the case said he will probably impose a reciprocal gag order that will prevent both sides from talking to the media.
