A video of Vice President Kamala Harris’ first public remarks since she lost the 2024 presidential election was released.

Harris addressed her supporters in a video posted on Tuesday, where some noticed she appeared somewhat disheveled.

“I just have to remind you, don’t you ever let anybody take your power from you. You have the same power that you did before November 5, and you have the same purpose that you did. You have the same ability to engage and inspire, so don’t ever let anybody or any circumstances take your power from you,” Harris said.

However, the release of video sparked speculation.

Many took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to speculate whether Harris was “drunk.”

“Take some time to reflect on the fact that they posted this on purpose,” Trump adviser Tim Murtaugh wrote on X.

Political commentator Jack Posobiec suggested, “She’s totally hosed.”

“Good grief.. why have you posted this? She looks and sounds a broken woman,” Piers Morgan wrote.
