Country singer Morgan Wallen, who was just named CMA’s Entertainer of the Year, pleaded guilty and sentenced for throwing a chair off a Nashville roof earlier this year.

Wallen pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment in a 10-minute hearing Thursday, per The Tennessean.

He will spend seven days in a DUI education center and will be on supervised probation for two years.

The charges against Wallen stem from an incident in April when he threw a chair from the roof of Chief’s, a six-story establishment owned by country singer Eric Church.

Wallen told Judge Cynthia Chappell he pleaded “conditionally guilty.”

In a statement after the hearing, Wallen’s attorney, Worrick Robinson, said Wallen’s plea agreement will “not result in a conviction.”

Wallen was also fined $350 and ordered to pay court fees.

“Upon the successful completion of his probation, the charges will be eligible for dismissal and expungement,” Robinson said. “Mr. Wallen has cooperated fully with authorities throughout these last eight months, directly communicating and apologizing to all involved. Mr. Wallen remains committed to making a positive impact through his music and foundation.”

Wallen was originally charged with three counts of reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon and one count of disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.

In November, Wallen was named Entertainer of the Year at the CMA Awards. Wallen was not present at the awards ceremony.
