The “Ketamine Queen” has agreed to plead guilty to selling actor Matthew Perry the dose of ketamine that resulted in his death in October 2023.

The Department of Justice announced Monday that Jasveen Sangha will plead guilty to five federal charges, per ABC News.

The charges she is pleading guilty to break down as follows: one count of maintaining a drug-involved premises, three counts of distribution of ketamine, and one count of distribution of ketamine resulting in death or serious bodily injury.

Perry, known for playing Chandler Bing on “Friends,” was found dead in his Los Angeles home by his assistant, on Oct. 28, 2023, the Associated Press reported.

Ketamine is normally used as a surgical anesthetic. The medical examiner ruled that was the primary cause of death.

Kenneth Iwamasa and Erik Fleming, two others charged in Perry’s death, acted as middlemen.

The actor bought large amounts of ketamine from Sangha — including 25 vials for $6,000 in cash —four days before he died.

The doses that eventually killed Perry was part of that purchase, prosecutors said.

Perry, 54, used ketamine as a legal, off-label, treatment for depression. He also struggled with addiction for years, something he wrote about in his memoir, “Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing.”

Sangha was the last of the five people charged in Perry’s death to plead guilty. None have been sentenced. She was headed to trial next month.

In a statement, Sangha’s lawyer Mark Geragos said, “She’s taking responsibility for her actions.”

Sangha, a 42, was cast by prosecutors as a prolific drug dealer.

In exchange got the guilty plea, prosecutors will drop three other counts related to the distribution of ketamine and one count of distribution of methamphetamine that was not related to Perry’s case.

Sangha will officially change her plea to guilty at an upcoming hearing. At that time, her sentencing will be scheduled.

She could get up to 45 years in prison.
