Sean “Diddy” Combs is reportedly in trouble with prison officials for consuming homemade alcohol at Fort Dix, sources told TMZ on Friday.

According Page Six, the music mogul, 56, was allegedly drinking a DIY concoction made from sugar, Fanta soda, and apples, mixed and fermented for two weeks to create an alcoholic beverage.

Officials had initially planned to move Combs from his current unit to a new one, but multiple sources said the decision was later reversed, and he will remain in his original unit. A prison official told TMZ they had “no information” about the incident.

Prior to his sentencing last month, the Sean John founder claimed in a letter to Judge Arun Subramanian that he was “sober for the first time in 25 years.”

“I can’t change the past, but I can change the future,” he wrote while pleading “for mercy.”

Should authorities take action against Diddy for drinking homemade alcohol in prison?

“I know that God put me here to transform me. Since incarceration, I have gone through a spiritual reset. I’m on a journey that will take time and hard work. I’m proud to say I’m working harder than I ever have before. I’m committed to the journey of remaining a drug free, non-violent and peaceful person. I thank God that I’m stronger, wiser, clean, clear and sober. God makes no mistakes.”

On Oct. 3, the Manhattan federal court sentenced Combs, known for “I’ll Be Missing You,” to four years and two months in prison. He was also ordered to participate in substance abuse and mental health programs and pay a $500,000 fine. He is set for release on May 8, 2028.

Combs was initially held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn before being transferred to Fort Dix last week. He has been seen smiling and shaking hands with fellow inmates in the prison yard.

The “Bad Boy For Life” rapper celebrated his 56th birthday behind bars on Tuesday, choosing between navy beans and cheese pizza for his birthday dinner, according to People.
