The best play of Super Bowl LX Sunday could be what happened when the the clock was not even running.
That’s when Kyle Williams, a rookie wide receiver with the New England Patriots, tackled a renegade fan who ran on the field, Fox News reported.
The game was at a standstill as officials tried to diffuse a situation between Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs and Seattle Seahawks defensive back Josh Jobe when the two had to be pulled apart.
As attention was diverted there, a wayward fan sprang into action by running on the field full sprint — faster, in fact, than the security team could run.
As Seahawks players watched the scene unfold, Williams ran down and tackled the shirtless man.
Watch:
The man was then taken off the field by security guards.
The Partiots were eventually defeated by the Seahawks, 29-13.
