New claims have emerged about Bryon Noem, the husband of former Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, involving an alleged years-long online relationship with an adult content creator.
In an interview published Tuesday by the Daily Mail, Nicole Raccagno, a Las Vegas-based model on OnlyFans, detailed what she described as an ongoing financial and personal arrangement with Noem that began in 2020.
Raccagno, 47, said Noem initially contacted her under a pseudonym before their interactions developed into what she characterized as a sustained arrangement involving regular payments and personal messages.
At one point, she alleged that Noem was providing her with $1,500 per month in exchange for access to her content.
“The arrangement was he’d get all my videos for $1,500 every month, to help me pay half my rent,” she told the outlet.
She also claimed that Noem covered additional expenses, including cosmetic procedures and credit card payments, and purchased gifts such as designer bags and shoes.
“He would never say no to me. He had to pay for my fillers, my Botox. Whenever I was not looking like a hot bimbo, he would give me money,” Raccagno said.
According to her account, their communication extended beyond financial support. She alleged that Noem expressed strong personal feelings, including a desire to marry her.
“I seem to be falling in love with you. I do love you,” the dad-of-three allegedly wrote in a March 10 message as he offered up cash to enlarge her 38N breasts even more.
“I f***ing want to pay it. Because you’re the one that I love. I would love to marry you,” Noem told her.
Raccagno said she eventually discovered Noem’s identity last year after seeing his real name associated with payments. Despite that, she said their interactions continued until late March.
In one of their final exchanges, she said he wrote “Miss you” and “Would so love to date you.”
The allegations come shortly after reports surfaced about Noem’s involvement in online communities centered around “bimbofication,” which his wife addressed through a spokesperson, saying she was “devastated” and that the family had been “blindsided.”
Bryon Noem has not publicly responded to the latest claims.
