Multiple people are critically injured after an active shooter situation at an ICE facility in Dallas, Texas, on Wednesday.
Per reporting, three detainees in ICE custody were shot, with multiple victims in critical condition.
The suspect “was a sniper on a roof armed with a rifle. The shooter, identified by police as a white man, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head as agents approached,” Fox 4 Dallas reports, citing police.

“While we don’t know motive yet, we know that our ICE law enforcement is facing unprecedented violence against them. It must stop,” Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem wrote on X.
“The obsessive attack on law enforcement, particularly ICE, must stop. I’m praying for everyone hurt in this attack and for their families,” Vice President JD Vance wrote on X.
