Charlamagne tha God, co-host of “The Breakfast Club,” insists President Joe Biden should start relying on Democrats to help spread his message because he is “uninspiring.”
During an interview on ABC’s “This Week,” Charlamagne, whose real name is Lenard McKelvey was asked why the president’s messaging does not appear to be resonating.
“He’s just an uninspiring candidate, there’s nothing about Joe Biden that makes you want to listen to him,” McKelvey said.
He continued:
“That’s why he should be leaning on his vice president, Kamala Harris, who is way more charismatic than him. He should be leaning on other surrogates like [California Gov. Gavin Newsom] or [Gov. Josh Shapiro] in Pennsylvania.”

McKelvey argued Biden should just sit back and be “the brains of the operation behind the scenes.”
“Like that sounds crazy that we’re saying that about a President of the United States of America. But he has no main character energy, at all — none,” he added.
ABC’s Jon Karl asked, “What is that? Is that age?”
“I don’t think it has anything to do with age, I think it has just everything to do with him,” McKelvey answered.
He continued, “Like Donald Trump is four years, three years younger than President Biden. But he just comes off a lot more youthful. He comes off, you know, like he has a lot more energy.”
“And I always say this about him. Donald Trump seems more sincere about his lies than Joe Biden does about his truth,” McKelvey added.
