President Donald Trump is competing against former Vice President Joe Biden (D) for the presidency. However, he still talks about his opponent from 2016 — former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
In an appearance on the talk show “The Real,” Chelsea Clinton speculated as to why Trump continues to bring up her mother, “He’s obsessed with her! I mean, he talks about her all the time.”
“He talks about her in interviews. He talks about her in rallies. He tweets about her. And I think it’s really clear that he has never gotten over the fact that she won the popular vote by more than 3 million votes,” Clinton continued.

She also claimed Trump is “really threatened by strong, powerful women.” Specifically, she argued that Trump “felt quite threatened” by Sen. Kamala Harris‘ (D-Calif.) performance during the vice presidential debate.
The morning after the debate, Trump called Harris a “monster.”
“So, I’m not surprised. Although, I wish he’d spent more time thinking about what to do about our Covid crisis than thinking about my mom,” Clinton added.
Trump mentioned Hillary Clinton in three separate tweets sent over the course of two days.
