Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) is taking aim at Republican presidential hopeful Vivek Ramaswamy.
During the first Republican presidential primary, Christie interjected to lash out at Ramaswamy as he said, “I’ve had enough already tonight of a guy who sounds like ChatGPT.”
“The last person at one of these debates… who stood in the middle of the stage and said, ‘What’s a skinny guy with an odd last name doing up here’ was Barack Obama. And I’m afraid we’re dealing with the same type of amateur,” he added.

During his opening statement, Ramaswamy said, “Let me just address a question that is on everybody’s mind at home tonight, who the heck is this skinny guy with a funny last night and what the heck is he doing in the middle of this debate stage?”

During the 2004 Democratic National Convention, then-Sen. Barack Obama called himself a “skinny kid with a funny name.”
Ramasway shot back at Christie as he said, “Give me a hug just like you did to Obama. And you will help elect me just like you did to Obama!”
His comment referred to a 2012 picture of Christie greeting Obama in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy before the presidential election.
