And, of course, the moment he mentions that ICE under President Trump has taken hundreds of thousands of dangerous criminals — terrorists, rapists, murderers, MS-13 thugs — off the streets, you can almost hear progressive Twitter’s collective head explode.
This isn’t some publicity stunt. Cain’s encouraging others to sign up, too, reminding people there’s a $50,000 signing bonus and no college degree requirement. In other words, if you want to protect your country instead of scrolling TikTok all day, you can start right now. That’s a message that resonates — unless you happen to be in the camp that thinks enforcing immigration law is somehow un-American.
And here’s the part that really twists the knife for his critics: Cain didn’t just stop at “raising awareness.” He told Jesse Watters he’s ready to do whatever ICE Director Todd Lyons needs. That includes the very thing the left loves to caricature ICE agents for — jumping out of vans to arrest criminals. Cain says if that’s what it takes, “I would be there in a heartbeat.” That’s a lot braver than most celebrities, who talk endlessly about “justice” but never get within a hundred miles of real danger.
He also nailed the bigger cultural point: the men and women of ICE rarely get anyone standing up for them anymore. They’re painted as villains by politicians who turn a blind eye to border chaos, while they’re the ones pulling murderers, traffickers, and gang members off the streets. Cain’s move is a public declaration that law enforcement deserves defenders — and that protecting your nation is nothing to be ashamed of.

But here’s the rub: moves like this force a choice. You can cheer him for putting his boots where his mouth is, or you can melt down because an actor you liked on TV dares to support a president you hate and a mission you’d rather ignore. Either way, Cain isn’t waiting for Hollywood’s approval — and judging by the mess Trump inherited at the border, ICE could use a few more people with his backbone.
