About Chanticleer

Chanticleer es un conjunto vocal clásico masculino estadounidense con sede en San Francisco, California, fundado en 1978. Es conocido por sus interpretaciones de música renacentista, para la cual fue fundado, pero también por un amplio repertorio de jazz, gospel y música clásica contemporánea. Su nombre deriva del "clear singing rooster" en The Canterbury Tales de Chaucer. El conjunto ha realizado grabaciones premiadas.
