Invesco Slashes Fees to Ease Redemption Queue

Invesco is taking aggressive steps to stabilize its $12.7B Invesco Core Real Estate USA fund by cutting management fees 20%, offering a tender at 95% of net asset value, and committing up to $150 million of its own capital to reinforce alignment and liquidity amid an elevated redemption queue. New investor incentives include zero management fees for at least the first year on new $10 million-plus commitments, as the fund contends with rising redemptions and liquidity pressure in a tough real estate cycle, alongside broader platform and fee-structure changes aimed at preserving confidence across investors.
