Former Education Leader Publishes Boundary-Spanning Guide

Kitty Wooley's From Networking to Boundary Spanning argues that collaboration across organizational silos is the responsibility of professionals at all levels and provides a practical roadmap for early- and mid-career staff to connect people, ideas, and resources across departments. Drawing on nearly three decades in higher education and the U.S. Department of Education, the book shows how boundary spanning can boost organizational effectiveness while opening opportunities for personal and career growth.
