Hundreds Protest Turkish Embassy, Seek Lumbuye Extradition

Hundreds of Ugandan demonstrators gathered outside the Turkish Embassy in Kampala to demand the extradition of dissident Fred Lumbuye, who has lived in Turkey for years and whose legal status there remains unclear. The protests, organized by the Patriotic League of Uganda under Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba, reflect ongoing Uganda-Turkey tensions as Kampala accuses Lumbuye of harmful propaganda, incitement, and cybercrimes.
