About Robert Noyce

Robert Norton Noyce, apodado "the Mayor of Silicon Valley", fue un físico y emprendedor estadounidense que cofundó Fairchild Semiconductor en 1957 e Intel Corporation en 1968. También se le atribuyó la realización del primer circuito integrado monolítico o microchip hecho con silicio, que impulsó la revolución de la computadora personal y dio a Silicon Valley su nombre.
