Warpaint London Reports 17.8% H1 Revenue Drop

Warpaint London PLC announced an increased interim dividend of 4.25 pence for 2026 and provided sales guidance for Q3 and the first nine months, with full-year revenue expected at the lower end of market forecasts; the outlook anticipates a stronger second half driven by Christmas gifting and ecommerce, aided by being debt-free. In H1 2026, revenue fell 17.8% to £40.5 million, but gross margin improved and cash flow from operations strengthened, supporting a more resilient positioning entering the second half.
