Fox News is shooting down a report that it will be imminently changing up its primetime lineup.
In a statement to Mediaite, Fox News said, “No decision has been made on a new primetime line-up and there are multiple scenarios under consideration.”
The statement comes shortly after The Drudge Report published an update on its home page that claimed the network was making a major change.
“HANNITY FOXNEWS SHOWCASE; MOVES TO 8 PM,” the site blared.
It continued, “WATTERS, GUTFELD GET PRIMETIME.”
The report added:
“FOXNEWS preparing to announce ambitious new schedule, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned, a schedule where every hour of primetime will change! TOP SOURCE: ‘IT’S OUR BOLDEST AND MOST FEARLESS LINE-UP EVER.'”

Fox News’ Jesse Watters currently hosts a show during the 7 p.m. hour. And Sean Hannity hosts his show during the 9 p.m. hour.
Meanwhile, Greg Gutfeld hosts a late-night show that airs at 11 p.m.
The report comes weeks after Fox News announced it had parted ways with top-rated host Tucker Carlson, as IJR reported.
In the first week after Carlson’s ouster, the network saw roughly a 45% drop in its ratings.
And since then, it has failed to win back viewers as conservatives expressed outrage at the decision.
