President Donald Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani is taking a swing at Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden ahead of the first presidential debate.
“Look, the man has dementia,” Giuliani said during a “Fox & Friends” interview Monday. “There is no doubt about it. I have talked to doctors. I have them look at 100 different tapes of his. Five years ago and today.”
However, co-host Steve Doocy shot back, “The Biden people say he is fine.”
Giuliani though was undeterred as he said, “What? He can’t recite the pledge of allegiance, and he is fine?”
“He was in the Senate for 160 years? I mean, he can’t do the prologues to the Constitution of the United States or the Declaration of Independence, any of them? He can’t do numbers. Wow, are the numbers screwed up!,” Giuliani added in knocking Biden.
Giuliani claimed President Donald Trump is “quite right to say maybe he is taking Adderall or some kind of an attention-deficit disorder thing.”
Doocy then fired back, “That’s your opinion so it will be interesting to see what happens tonight.”

Giuliani’s claim comes as the president and former vice president will go head-to-head at the first presidential debate on Tuesday night in Ohio.
Ahead of the debate, Trump has called for Biden to take a drug test before the debate. Biden, however, did not stay silent as his campaign responded, saying, “Vice President Biden intends to deliver his debate answers in words. If the president thinks his best case is made in urine he can have at it.”
The statement continued, “We’d expect nothing less from Donald Trump, who pissed away the chance to protect the lives of 200K Americans when he didn’t make a plan to stop COVID-19.”
