A House Republican is unveiling legislation that would require President Joe Biden to share with the public “every time” he takes a drug to improve his mental state.
During an interview on Newsmax, Rep. Andy Ogles (R-Tenn.) spoke about his “No Juicing Joe” bill.
Ogles explained the legislation would “require [Biden] to report to the American people, every time he takes a mind-altering stimulant like he’s gonna have to do before the debate.”
“They’re gonna have him juiced up and jacked up on some sort of cocktail so that he can be lucid and take on — or at least try to debate Donald Trump,” he added.

The exchange came a day before Biden is set to debate former President Donald Trump on CNN — the first time the two will face off in nearly four years on a debate stage.
The 90 minute debate will start at 9 p.m. and will be moderated by CNN’s Jake Tapper and Dana Bash.
After years of raising questions about Biden’s mental fitness and energy level, The New York Times’ Maggie Haberman told CNN last week that Trump’s campaign has realized they set the expectations too low for Biden ahead of the 2020 debates.
Now, the Trump team is leaning into the suggestion Biden will be “jacked up” on some kind of drug ahead of the debate, and will be lively.
Despite those claims, House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) told CNN, “No one expects that Joe Biden will be on cocaine. But they do ask questions… will he be on some sort of energy drinks or something, OK?”
