Grace Warrior reached a milestone this month.
The daughter of Bindi Irwin and Chandler Powell has started walking.
This comes after the celebration of her 1st birthday last month at the Australia Zoo where they had fun activities like feeding a crocodile at the Crocoseum, according to People.
On Tuesday, Bindi Irwin shared the “big moment” on her Instagram with a video showing Grace taking steps toward her father as Bindi looks on, waving with a smile.
Grace is the granddaughter of “Crocodile Hunter” Steve Irwin who tragically died in 2006.

When a baby decides to walk varies based on the child. A baby will “probably start walking sometime between 9 and 15 months, but many babies don’t walk until 18 months,” according to Baby Center.
Some ways that a parent can teach their baby how to walk is by giving them a lot of tummy time, creating baby-proof areas inside the home, or giving the baby a walking toy to use for balance, according to Baby Center.
If the baby is not walking by 18 months, Healthline says it is best for parents to talk to their doctor.
James 1:17 says, “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above,” and on Grace’s 1st birthday Bindi wrote on her Instagram, “Grace, you have been an old soul from the very beginning. It is the greatest blessing to be your mama. I love you eternally, unconditionally and infinitely.”
Bindi Irwin and Chandler Powell welcomed their daughter on March 25, 2021, which was also their first wedding anniversary, according to Daily Mail.

Last year, Bindi Irwin shared the meaning of her daughter’s name on her Instagram writing, “Grace is named after my great-grandmother, and relatives in Chandler’s family dating back to the 1700s. Her middle names, Warrior Irwin, are a tribute to my dad and his legacy as the most incredible Wildlife Warrior.”
