Fox’s Greg Gutfeld said Friday that Democrats are turning illegal migrant Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia into “Rosa Parks with tats” to push their narrative to voters.
Democrats have rallied behind Abrego Garcia after the Trump administration deported him to El Salvador’s mega-prison in March. While discussing allegations tying Abrego Garcia to MS-13 and human trafficking, Gutfeld said Republicans deserve credit for their “unbelievable patience.”
“Look, Abrego is a Maryland man, right? Ted Bundy is a dating expert. The Unabomber is a pen pal. Charles Manson, family man. I think Republicans and other sane people should be credited with unbelievable patience,” Gutfeld said. “As we had to sit through the endless lionizing of a thug, they turned him into, I don’t know, Rosa Parks with tats.”
“We knew it was inevitable. It was just like Jussie Smollett, where we had to bite our tongues and let the Dems work through their five stages of performative outrage,” Gutfeld added. “But we knew it was going to happen. It was just going to take time. Then what’s going to happen? They’re going to pivot. Suddenly it’s not about the Maryland dad at all. It’s about all of us.”
Following pushback from Abrego-Garcia’s deportation, the Trump administration brought his case to the U.S. Supreme Court, with original court filings admitting the administration deported Garcia by error but said his alleged connection to MS-13 should keep him in El Salvador.
The Department of Justice later released documents on April 16 detailing his alleged ties to MS-13. Alongside resurfaced reports of prior allegations, new information emerged showing Abrego Garcia was once pulled over while driving a vehicle registered to a convicted human smuggler.

They always seem to pick the wrong side on the wrong hill,” Gutfeld said. “Trans athletes, left-wing congressmen who let dogs die, a guy who assassinates a CEO, pro-Hamas protesters, BLM rioters, looters who are only trying to get bread, the wife-beating gangbanger. If you want to find a scumbag, just look for the Democrat that’s defending him.”
“Meanwhile, who do they demonize? Elon Musk, Donald Trump, Daniel Penny, men who actually try to do good,” Gutfeld said.
On Thursday, Tennessee state law enforcement released 2022 traffic stop footage involving Abrego Garcia, who was seen with eight other men in his vehicle. State troopers later contacted U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, but ICE agents failed to take Abrego Garcia into custody, according to Fox News Digital.
“But I don’t believe that the Dems actually ever cared about this guy,” Gutfeld said. “They don’t really care about the victims at all. What they care about is themselves and how to score virtue signaling points and political points. Who is the real victim? They don’t care unless it’s them, unless they get mugged, unless they get carjacked.”
