Hunter Biden sent monthly payments to his father, President Joe Biden, using a business bank account that received money from Chinese business partners, according to bank records.
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) revealed bank records that showed that Owasco P.C., a business entity used by Hunter Biden to receive payments he earned from foreign business deals.
“Today, the House Oversight Committee is releasing subpoenaed bank records that show Hunter Biden’s business entity, Owasco P.C., made direct monthly payments to Joe Biden,” Comer revealed in the video posted to X, formerly known as Twitter.

“This wasn’t a payment from Hunter Biden’s personal account,” Comer added. “But, an account for his corporation that received payments from China and other shady corners of the world.”
Comer continued to add Hunter Biden is currently “under an investigation by the Department of Justice for using Owasco P.C. for tax evasion and other serious crimes.”
The payments to Joe Biden appear to have started on Sept. 17, 2018, when Owasco P.C. transferred $1,380, according to bank records released by the House Oversight Committee.
Included in the released documents, an ACH Authorization Agreement form, used when setting up direct deposit payments, showed that “monthly” payments would begin Sept. 15, 2018.
This comes after Comer announced in September that he was issuing subpoenas for Hunter Biden and his uncle James Biden’s business and personal bank records.
On Nov. 1, Comer released bank records showing that $40,000 in Chinese funds from CEFC China Energy, ended up in President Biden’s bank account through the use of a check from James Biden, referenced as a “loan repayment.”
Prior to Joe Biden receiving monthly payments, CEFC sent $5 million to Hudson West III, another business entity associated with Hunter Biden and CEFC business associate Gongwen Dong, in August 2017. Owasco P.C. received $400,000 from Hudson West III on the same day.
As Hunter Biden has come under investigation by the IRS and Justice Department regarding whether or not he committed any tax crimes, Owasco P.C. finances were looked into.
IRS whistleblowers revealed that on Dec. 10, 2020, it was discovered that Hunter Biden had left the Owasco P.C. office in Washington, D.C.
Devon Archer, a former business associate of Hunter Biden’s, has previously testified that Joe Biden had been placed on speaker phone during Hunter Biden’s business meetings at Burisma, and reportedly attended dinner dinners with his son’s business associates.
