Over a hundred people connected to the Jeffrey Epstein minor sex trafficking ring will be revealed in the coming weeks after U.S. Judge Loretta Preska ordered court documents to be unsealed.
According to Forbes, this ruling is related to the Virginia Giuffre lawsuit against Ghislaine Maxwell, which was settled in 2017.
Redacted names of Epstein’s associates and those who had previously claimed that the connection to Epstein would cause “adverse publicity” will also be included.
Forbes noted that Preska’s list suggested that names from Epstein’s client book, his employees, and members of law enforcement may be included.
The court documents list various unknown players and individually note which names will remain sealed due to limited connection to the high-profile case or victim status.
The ruling also noted, “The Court stays its order for fourteen days to permit any impacted Doe the opportunity to appeal.”
For years, the Epstein minor sex trafficking ring has drawn public outrage. This news resulted in a massive response on social media.
Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) posted on X, formerly Twitter, “The names of over 170 of Jeffrey Epstein’s high-profile associates are to be released in the first week of 2024.”
