About Heroin

O crítico Mark Deming da AllMusic escreve: "While 'Heroin' hardly endorses drug use, it doesn't clearly condemn it, either, which made it all the more troubling in the eyes of many listeners." Em 2004, ficou na posição 448 na lista da Rolling Stone das "The 500 Greatest Songs of All Time" e foi reclassificada na posição 455 em 2010.
