Julia Jacklin Releases Fourth Album ‘The Gem’

Julia Jacklin’s fourth album, The Gem, takes its name from the Melbourne pub where she recorded it, surrounded by local musicians and the everyday bustle of the venue. After stepping back from the music industry, she restarted the record to make music on her own terms, resulting in a thoughtful, introspective collection shaped by home, change and fresh starts.
