Phocaea ou Phokaia foi uma antiga cidade grega jônica na costa ocidental da Anatólia. Colonizadores gregos de Phocaea fundaram a colônia de Massalia em 600 a.C., Emporion em 575 a.C. e Elea em 540 a.C.
