Former Republican presidential hopeful Vivek Ramaswamy is not getting offended by a joke some have deemed insensitive.
On Monday, Ramaswamy suspended his campaign and endorsed former President Donald Trump.
And the satirical publication, The Babylon Bee, decided to roast the biotech entrepreneur’s future.
“Trump Promises Vivek An Administration Position Running The White House 7-Eleven,” a story by the Bee read.

However, several users on X found the content to be insensitive:
Super racist and not funny. https://t.co/rAFywYISdv

Never quite sure what’s worse about this right wing wannabe Onion site – that it’s just unfunny or that it’s openly bigoted. https://t.co/kTAnPX0IPV

For those of you that ever believed the right wing would support someone named Vivek Ramaswamy to be the Republican nominee https://t.co/8YZCwY2Lgn

This is disgusting & despicable. Shame on you @TheBabylonBee. This is racist and this is America, we Republicans respect all. Stop your Hinduphobia right now. Trump supports @VivekGRamaswamy. I'm asking my followers to please tell @TheBabylonBee stop your racist, be American. https://t.co/fbFdLHKv0U

But not everyone found the story offensive. The Daily Wire’s Matt Walsh posted on X, formerly Twitter, “Check the comments to see ‘conservatives’ actually offended by this joke. Absolutely pathetic.”
“I guarantee [Ramaswamy] is not in the slightest bit offended. You guys really dont need to be his white knight to protect him from Babylon Bee headlines. He’ll be okay. I promise,” he added.

And it seems Walsh was correct.
Ramaswamy shared his post and wrote, “I’m a ‘survivor'” with a laughing emoji.

During a campaign event on Tuesday, Trump appeared to suggest Ramaswamy will have some role in a potential second.
“He’s going to be working with us and he’ll be working with us for a long time,” the former president told supporters.
