All it took was a three-letter word for people to believe House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) agreed with Rep. Madeleine Dean (D-Pa.) that President Donald Trump is “unhinged.”

Dean recently confronted Johnson regarding Trump’s recent behavior, including the speech he gave Tuesday to top military leaders and creating AI-generated videos, per Mediaite.

In his response, Johnson said “too,” leading people to believe Johnson was agreeing with Dean.

The exchange was filmed from afar and aired on MSNBC Wednesday night.

“The president is unhinged. He is unwell. What are you–,” Dean said to Johnson.

“A lot of folks on your side are, too. I don’t control–,” Johnson responded.

“Oh my God, please! That performance in front of the generals?” Dean retorted.

“I didn’t see it,” Johnson responded.

“That is so dangerous. You know I serve on Foreign Affairs and Appropriations,” Dean said. “This is a collision of those two things. Our allies are looking elsewhere. Our enemies are laughing.”

Political journalist Andrew Egger posted the clip, addin, “Very interesting that Johnson’s response to ‘the president is unhinged’ isn’t ‘how dare you, ma’am, the president is our greatest, most powerful patriot’ but rather ‘a lot of folks on your side are too.’”

Others posted on X as well.

“Congresswoman: Trump is unwell

Mike Johnson: Well, some of you guys are too!

They all talk about the president like he’s a grandparent with dementia,” journalist Richard Hanania posted.

“UH OH: Rep. M. Dean get’s way too close to Speaker Johnson, starts pleading:
“The President is unhinged. He is unwell….Our enemies are laughing. You have a President who is unwell.”
There’s NO WAY she don’t see the hypocrisy of that statement.”
