Lindsey Langston, the 2024 winner of the Miss United States beauty pageant, filed a restraining order against Republican Florida Rep. Cory Mills after she accused him of threatening to release nude videos of her.

Langston, who serves as a Republican state committee member in Columbia County, told authorities with the Columbia County Sheriff’s Department on July 14 that Mills threatened to harm any of her future romantic partners and share videos of them having sex, according to The Blaze Media. Mills has not faced any charges, while his office told the Daily Caller News Foundation that his office has not been made aware of any police report.

“Since February 20th of 2025, Cory has contacted Lindsey numerous times on numerous different accounts threatening to release nude images and videos of her, to include recorded videos of her and Cory engaging in sexual acts … Lindsey also provided text messages and Instagram messages between her and Cory, which consisted of Cory threatening to harm any men Lindsey intended to date in the future,” the police report states.

The beauty pageant winner quietly began a relationship with Mills in November 2021 under the assumption he was going through a nasty divorce, The Blaze Media reported. Langston moved into a beach house in New Smyrna, Florida, with him in the summer of 2024 after she had been told he had officially gotten a divorce from his ex-wife, though he still appears to be married to his wife.

Their relationship swiftly fell apart, particularly due to Langston finding Mills taking “affectionate photos” with other women, spending holidays alone after receiving last-minute cancellation notices and even witnessing strangers with money bags come by and bring Mills cash, according to The Blaze Media. Langston broke up with Mills in February after she learned that police investigated him for the alleged assault of his alleged “girlfriend” Sarah Raviani, the co-founder of Iranians for Trump, in Washington, D.C.

Raviani initiated a call to law enforcement, though she later denied that any physical altercation had taken place, Politico reported in February. Despite her walking back the allegations, police said they saw “bruising and marks” on her arms.

Despite being broken up, Mills continued to contact Langston and repeatedly threatened to harm anyone seen with her, along with sharing the nude images and videos of them having sex, according to The Blaze Media. Screenshots reviewed by The Blaze revealed his alleged threatening tone.

“You want to date or be with someone else. Be my guest. But they need to know well in advance that if we cross paths, I don’t care this week, this month, or this decade. They better damn well know it’s coming every time,” Mills allegedly wrote to Langston. ”

“May want to tell every guy you date that if we run into each other at any point. Strap up cowboy,” the congressman allegedly wrote in another message.

Mills also threatened to send Langston’s hypothetical love interest “a few videos” of her,” The Blaze Media reported.

Mills’ office told the DCNF that Langston’s attorney, Anthony Sabatini, is “weaponizing the legal system to launch a political attack” against the congressman and is using his office to “push a narrative built on lies and flawed legal arguments.” Sabatini challenged Mills for the congressional seat representing Florida’s 7th district in the 2022 midterms, but ultimately lost.

“These claims are false and misrepresent the nature of my interactions. I have always conducted myself with integrity, both personally and in service to Florida’s 7th District,” Mills said in a statement obtained by the DCNF.

Langston’s attorney, Anthony Sabatini, alleged that Mills is receiving specialized treatment from law enforcement because he is a member of Congress, The Blaze Media reported.

“This is sexual extortion and sexual blackmail to an extreme degree and a clear violation of Florida’s extortion statute, section 836.06,” Sabatini said. “If this investigation wasn’t moving slowly due to him being a ‘political official,’ Mills would already be in handcuffs right now.”
