Music mogul and rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs has had new allegations made against him in a lawsuit that alleges he violently raped a woman with his “Tootsie Roll”-sized penis.
According to the New York Post, a new report states the attack was alleged to have happened in Combs’ Manhattan apartment more than 20 years ago.
Identified as Jane Doe, the woman claimed Combs took her into his bedroom, locked the door, and pinned her down by her neck telling her “I’m going to suck the life out of you,” according to court documents that were obtained by TMZ.
The filing detailed how Combs pulled out his “itty-bitty-Diddy” while holding her down.
Jane Doe alleged Combs overpowered her during the attack, even after she screamed for Combs to stop, before he eventually ejaculated on her, the documents claim.
The woman then alleges she cleaned herself off while Combs lay naked on the bed, rushing to the door where she was directed out of the apartment by a bodyguard.
The woman alleges she met Combs in May 2001, and had been around him multiple times at Combs’ recording studio, nightclubs, and a restaurant in New York City. She alleges his team had driven her and a friend home after she left the room.
After the attack, Jane Doe said Combs had contacted her several times, inviting her to his white party but she did not return any of his calls.
Court documents further show that the woman felt “relieved” after seeing Combs’ erect penis, which she compared to a “large Tootsie Roll,” because she wouldn’t feel any pain because of Combs’ small phallus that lacked “length and girth.”
The woman, now 38, further claimed she sought therapy in the aftermath of the assault and is expected to be cross examined by Combs’ defense on Thursday.
Combs’ is accused of sex trafficking and other crimes that could lead to a life sentence. His trial kicked off Tuesday when his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura took the stand to testify against him.
Ventura alleges years of sexual and physical abuse at the hands of Combs, along with forced participation in drug-fueled orgies known as “freak offs.”
