Social media posts suggest that rumors about Turner’s alleged misconduct had been present in the community for years.

Troopers obtained 10 warrants on Monday, charging Turner with five counts of possession of child pornography and five counts of using a computer to solicit a minor. 

"Protecting children is a paramount priority for this office and we will aggressively investigate and hold accountable people who victimize children."
