The Trump administration is moving to cut all remaining federal contracts with Harvard University.

The General Services Administration (GSA) sent a letter to federal agencies Tuesday advising them to end any contracts with the Ivy League school. This is the latest move by the administration to punish the school for repeatedly allowing antisemitism to persist on campus and allegedly continuing to use race-based policies.

“As you know, being a counterparty with the federal government comes with the deep responsibility and commitment to abide by all federal laws and ensure the safeguarding of taxpayer money,” the letter reads. “GSA understands that Harvard continues to engage in race discrimination, including in its admissions process and in other areas of student life.”

GSA claims Harvard has a “lack of commitment to nondiscrimination” and a “deeply troubling pattern” of allowing student-on-student violence in the wake of Hamas’ Oct. 7, 2023 attack on Israel and the rise of antisemitic protests on campus. GSA is requiring agencies to report their plans of terminating relations with Harvard by June 6.

“Going forward, we also encourage your agency to seek alternative vendors for future services where you had previously considered Harvard,” GSA’s letter reads.

The Trump administration previously attempted to settle an agreement with Harvard, but the university rejected the administration’s demands. This move has lost the school billions of dollars in federal grants.

The administration’s most recent order to prevent Harvard from enrolling foreign students was blocked by a federal judge almost instantly. The order was issued by Obama-appointed Judge Allison D. Burroughs, who previously upheld Harvard’s admissions policy that the Supreme Court eventually decided illegally discriminated on the basis of race.

Harvard did not immediately respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.
