Former President Donald Trump is criticizing journalist Megyn Kelly after he sat down for an interview with her.
Speaking at a rally in Iowa on Wednesday, Trump turned to his recent interview with Kelly.
“I sat down for an hour and then I did a Megyn Kelly [interview] and she had — you know just — boy she became nastier all of a sudden,” he claimed.
Trump added, “She was pretty nasty. Didn’t you think? Anybody that watched it.”

During the interview on SiriusXM’s “The Megyn Kelly Show,” Trump was asked, “Can a man become a woman?”
After a short pause, he responded, “Um…”
He chuckled then added, “In my opinion, you have a man, you have a woman. I think part of it is birth. Can that man give birth? No, no.”
Kelly is not the only journalist Trump has labeled “nasty” in recent months. During a town hall event on CNN in May, he was asked by journalist Kaitlan Collins about his handling of classified documents.
At one point, he interrupted her and asked, “Can I talk? Can I answer the question.”

“I would like for you to answer the question, that’s why I asked it,” Collins responded.
Trump shot back, “You’re a nasty person.”
