Former First Lady Jill Biden may not have been her husband’s “autopen,” but she did play a part in former Joe Biden’s administration.
At least that is what President Donald Trump said during an exclusive interview with Fox Noticias host Rachel Campos-Duffy.
Campos-Duffy asked Trump if Jill Biden was her husband’s “autopen.”
“No, I don’t think so,” Trump replied, adding, “She was certainly involved because he gave her the last meeting to preside over with the Cabinet.”
In September 2024, Jill Biden attended one of Joe Biden’s last Cabinet meetings.
Trump added there were others who had influence over Joe Biden during his presidency, including radical left lunatics.
“They [the Biden administration] had a lot of bad people. They had a lot of radical left lunatics in there, and I think he was perfect. He was perfect for them because he didn’t have a clue,” Trump said.
Joe Biden’s mental acuity was a big concern in the later months of his presidency, especially after a debate with Trump in 2024.
Trump has since boasted about his physical shape after his annual physical at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center last Friday.
Trump said the yearly presidential physical showed he has a “good heart, a good soul,” and “overall, I think I’m in very — I felt I was in very good shape.”
He also fared well with the cognitive test.
“I think it’s a pretty well-known test. Whatever it is, I got every one — I got it all right… I’ve taken the cognitive test, I think, four times and I’ve gotten nothing wrong. That’s what the American people want,” he said. “Biden refused to take it, Kamala refused to take it.”
