Former President Donald Trump is receiving low marks from a collection of historians, professors, and other observers, according to a new survey.

CSPAN released its latest Presidential Historians Survey on Wednesday, which found respondents ranking Trump among the bottom of all living or dead former presidents.

According to CSPAN, historians, professors, and “other professional observers” were asked to rank the nation’s presidents based on “Public Persuasion, Crisis Leadership, Economic Management, Moral Authority, International Relations, Administrative Skills, Relations with Congress, Vision/Setting an Agenda, Pursued Equal Justice for All and Performance Within the Context of the Times.” For this year’s survey, 142 people completed it.

Based on those criteria, Trump received a total score of 312 and was ranked fourth from the bottom of all former presidents at 41.

Trump received his highest marks for “Public Persuasion” at 43.9 and his lowest mark for “Moral Authority” receiving a score of 18.9.

Meanwhile, his predecessor, former President Barack Obama, made it into the top 10 presidents at the 10th spot with a total score of 664, right below former President Ronald Reagan.

Former President Bill Clinton received a total score of 594 and came in at the 19th spot, while former President Jimmy Carter received a total score of 506 and came in at number 26.

And former President George W. Bush received a total score of 495 and came in at number 29.

CSPAN has conducted the survey every four years since 2000.
