President Donald Trump took to Truth Social on Sunday to issue a flurry of endorsements for Republican candidates ahead of the 2026 midterm elections, highlighting his support for Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders and multiple House Republicans.
“Sarah Huckabee Sanders has my Complete and Total Endorsement for Re-Election — SHE WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN!” Trump declared in one post.
According to Fox News, Sanders, who served as Trump’s White House press secretary during part of his first term, is also the daughter of Mike Huckabee, former Arkansas governor and current U.S. Ambassador to Israel.
“Thank you, President @realDonaldTrump! It’s an honor to have your endorsement, and Arkansas stands with you in the fight to Make America Great Again!” Sanders responded on X.
Trump also publicly endorsed several House Republicans, including Jim Jordan and Warren Davidson of Ohio, James Comer of Kentucky, among others.
“Jim Jordan is a very good friend, fighter, and WINNER, and has my Complete and Total Endorsement for Re-Election — HE WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN!” Trump wrote in another post.
The endorsements come as the GOP aims to retain its majorities in both the House and Senate in the 2026 midterms, with Election Day set for Nov. 3, 2026.
