Former President Donald Trump is warning of catastrophic consequences if he loses.
Ahead of a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Trump said, “If we will, it will be very simple. It’s all going to work out and very quickly.”
“If you don’t you’re going to end up with major wars in the Middle East and maybe a third world war,” he continued.

He added, “You are closer to a third world war right now than at any time since the Second World War. We’ve never been so close because we have incompetent people running our country.”
Trump’s comment comes as Netanyahu is in the U.S. after delivering a speech to Congress about his country’s war against Hamas following its Oct. 7 massacre that left roughly 1,200 people dead.
While Israel has been seeking to eliminate Hamas and rescue hostages in the Gaza Strip, it has also been exchanging fire with the militant organization Hezbollah in Lebanon, stoking concerns the conflict could spill over into a larger war.
