Fox News and one of its top-rated anchors are parting ways.
In a statement on Monday, Fox News said, “FOX News Media and Tucker Carlson have agreed to part ways. We thank him for his service to the network as a host and prior to that as a contributor.
Mr. Carlson’s last program was Friday April 21st.”
“Fox News Tonight will air live at 8 PM/ET starting this evening as an interim show helmed by rotating FOX News personalities until a new host is named,” it continued.

Carlson’s show repeatedly drew the highest ratings of cable news programming.
The news came days after Fox News agreed to settle Dominion Voting System’s defamation lawsuit against it for $787.5 million.
Dan Bongino, who hosted a weekend show on the network and a show on its streaming service, also revealed last week he was parting ways with the company.
