A since-deleted video of Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) suggesting House Speaking Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) could be executed is surfacing after she filed a police report over a joke made by a late-night host.
CNN’s Andrew Kacynski tweeted on Thursday, “Marjorie Greene’s deleted FB video where she suggests Pelosi be executed for treason is getting a new look after saying she filed a police report over a Jimmy Kimmel joke.”
In the video, Greene is heard saying, “She’s a traitor to our country. She’s guilty of treason. She took an oath to protect American citizens and uphold our laws.”
“And she gives aid and comfort to our enemies who illegally invade our land. That’s what treason is. And by our law, representatives and senators can be kicked out and no longer serve in our government,” she continued.
Finally, Greene said, “It’s a crime punishable by death is what treason is. Nancy Pelosi is guilty of treason. And we want her out of our government. She’s held her seat of power for 32 years. She’s 78 years old. She is dying in Congress. We are fed up with these corrupt politicians that hang on to their power just to make themselves rich.”

Based on Greene’s comments about Pelosi, who is now 82, it appears this video was recorded about four years ago.
The video has resurfaced after Greene filed a police report over a joke late-night host Jimmy Kimmel told earlier this week.
Kimmel took aim at Greene on Tuesday night for lashing out at her fellow Republicans who joined Democrats in a procedural vote to advance the nomination of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court.
“Sarah Palin, she seems downright quaint compared to the monsters that are in the House like Marjorie Taylor Greene,” Kimmel said.
He continued, “This woman — klan mom — is especially upset with the three Republican senators who said they’ll vote yes on Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson…She tweeted, ‘Murkowski, Collins, and Romney are pro-pedophile. They just voted for KBJ.’”
“Wow, where is Will Smith when you really need him?” Kimmel added.
The joke referred to Will Smith slapping Chris Rock at the Oscars.

They just voted for #KBJ.
On Wednesday, Green reacted to Kimmel’s joke as she tweeted, “[ABC News], this threat of violence against me by [Jimmy Kimmel] has been filed with the [U.S. Capitol Police].”
Kimmel shot back, “Officer? I would like to report a joke.”

Last year, Greene was stripped of her committee assignments over previous comments she made that appeared to endorse violence against Democrats.
